conditions such as anxiety, depression, addictions, panic attacks and so much
more. resulting in us being able to live our lives to the full.
Stress today is having a massive effect on the population, resulting in many people suffering with mental health issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, P.T.S.D, Panic Attacks, Low Self Esteem and much more.
How beneficial would it be to have an insight into the workings of the mind and the causes of so many debilitating mental health issues, recognising when they are starting to appear in ones life and having the psychological tools at hand to overcome any issue that life decides to throw at them. This new understanding of the mind will allow everyone to stay in control of their mental health, if they simply introduce a few simple techniques into their daily lives. Allowing them to continually aim for and attain the goals they set themselves throughout their lives.
My aim is to help people understand stress and how it affects both the body and mind . I offer an interactive lecture service to groups of people who want to learn and have a better understanding of the mind before they become overwhelmed with stress in the first place, as having this knowledge will allow them to always remain in control of their mental health.
All who attend this lecture will benefit from the learning that they acquire, because all they need to do is simply introduce a few simple techniques progressively into their daily lives in order for positive changes that take place.
